The C32-3D34.5-108SP11 is an indexable U-Drill (Short Hole Indexable Drill) body designed for heavy-duty metal drilling on CNC lathes, VMCs, and milling machines.  Unlike solid carbide drills, this tool uses replaceable carbide inserts, allowing high-speed hole making directly into raw metal profiles without needing a pilot or center hole.

Standard Industrial Shorthand Breakdown
C32: The shank diameter is straight cylindrical at 32 mm (Weldon shank type with a flat side for locking securely inside a side-lock holder). 
3D: The drill depth category. It is engineered to plunge up to 3 times its own cutting diameter into the workpiece safely. 
34.5: The exact final hole/cutting diameter it creates is 34.5 mm. 
108: The maximum usable flute working length (drilling depth) is 108 mm. 
SP11: Indicates it is built with specialized pockets specifically designed to fit SP profile square inserts (such as SPMG 110408 or SPMT 11... models). 
Working Configuration (Two Inserts Needed)
A U-drill does not cut like a standard drill bit. When loading it onto your machine, you must use two separate inserts at the same time:
Inner (Central) Insert: Positions close to the tool center axis to clear out the core core section.
Outer (Peripheral) Insert: Positions on the outermost edge to dictate the clean final 34.5 mm bore diameter .
