Drilling Depth: At 2 mm diameter and 160 mm length, the drill is extremely prone to bending or snapping.
Peck Drilling: You must use a "peck" cycle (frequent retraction) to clear chips; otherwise, they will clog the flutes and break the bit.
Pilot Holes: It is highly recommended to drill a pilot hole with a standard-length 2 mm bit (Jobber length) first to provide a guide for the extra-long bit.
Standard Compliance: Look for DIN 1869 specifically; this standard defines the extra-long length for precision deep drilling
