SDC / SDC8: Slim Design Collet series size 8. It uses a narrow, steep-taper engineering profile that provides an exceptional clamping force-to-diameter ratio with minimal rotational mass.
SIZE: 3MM: Internal clamping bore size. It is engineered to hold solid carbide micro-endmills, ball noses, or micro-drills with an exact 3.0 mm round shank diameter.
Clamping Range: Exact match system (h6 tolerance). It does not collapse or contract like standard ER collets. It accepts only true 3.0 mm shanks.
Runout Precision: Industrial ultra-precision rating, guaranteeing a runout accuracy of ≤ 5 microns (0.005 mm). This extreme precision is critical for 3mm tools to prevent uneven tooth load and micro-chipping. 
Speed Rating: Dynamically balanced for high-frequency spindles running at speeds up to 30,000 RPM.
