  • Q50 (Outer Diameter): The sleeve body has an outer diameter (OD) of 50 mm. This portion mounts flush into your CNC machine's standard 50mm turret pocket station. 

  • 16MM (Inner Bore Size): The inside diameter (ID) hole measures exactly 16 mm. It is engineered to grip any 16mm parallel straight shank cutting tool. 

  • 100L (Functional Length): The absolute total length of this hardened steel sleeve adapter measures 100 mm from front to back.

  • Material Integrity: Formed from premium high-grade carbon or alloy steel. The piece undergoes a thorough quenching and heat-treatment cycle (55–62 HRC) to maximize rigid wear resistance.

  • Locking Mechanism: The sleeve features a standard split-bushing or side-collar flat layout. Your turret block's existing grub screw locks down onto the sleeve, simultaneously clamping both the sleeve and internal cutter securely in place.
