TTIL (Series & Direction): Represents a TaeguTec Internal Left-Hand (L) face grooving tool line using their signature T-Clamp system.
16 (Shank Diameter): The round mounting bar features a 16 mm outer diameter. 
3C (Insert Clamping Width): The pocket seat is machined to tightly secure 3.0 mm wide indexable grooving inserts (such as standard TaeguTec TDC 3, TDJ 3, or TDT 3 series).
16 (Minimum Entry Bore / Diameter): Indicates that the minimum tool clearance allows it to safely enter a pre-drilled bore diameter starting around 16 mm without rubbing.
