80: The outer processing/cutter disk diameter of 80 mm.
27: The inner hole or bore arbor diameter of 27 mm, which mounts onto an FMB27 tool holder.
5 (or 5T): Indicates the cutter head features 5 flutes / teeth, allowing it to hold 5 insert blades simultaneously.
