It is an Internal Right-Hand Boring Bar for Threading, engineered to machine high-precision internal screw threads inside pre-drilled holes on CNC or manual lathes.  It is the internal counterpart to the SER2525M16 external threading holder we discussed earlier.

S (Shank Material): Solid steel shank, providing dependable rigidity for general internal thread-turning applications.
25 (Shank Diameter): The round bar body features a 25 mm outer diameter.
S (Bar Length): Represents the ISO standard tool length of 250 mm.
S (Clamping Method): Screw-down clamping system. The insert is locked down tightly into its pocket using a center Torx screw.
I (Application): Specially engineered for Internal Threading (machining threads inside a bore, nut, or pipe cavity).
R (Cutting Direction): A Right-Hand cutting direction tool.
16 (Insert Layout Size): Designed explicitly to hold standard 16 mm laydown internal threading inserts, most commonly the 16IR series (such as the standard 16IR AG60 profile). 
Machine Setup & Pairings
Insert Compatibility: This pocket is machined exclusively to accommodate 16IR series laydown inserts. Since it uses a 16mm size layout, it can cut standard threads with pitches up to 3.0mm or 8 TPI.
Turret Integration: To mount this 25mm round shank securely into a large CNC turret station, it can be paired with a reduction bushing, exactly like your Q50 Turret Sleeve series, but requiring a Q50-25mm size conversion block.
