  • 2525: Indicates a heavy-duty, square-shank mounting footprint measuring 25 mm height \(\times \) 25 mm width (\(0.984" \times 0.984"\)). This square profile provides maximum structural rigidity to handle intense plunging forces and damp lathe vibration.
  • 4C: Specifies the exact insert seating pocket size, precision-milled to rigidly clamp 4.0 mm wide parting and grooving inserts (such as the widespread TDA 4.00, TDC 4, or TDT 4 series).
  • T35: Details the maximum safe axial cutting depth capability (CDX / \(T_{max}\)) of 35 mm (\(1.378\) inches) before the shoulder of the holder body clearances interfere with the face of the workpiece.
